As requested by a few of the members, I took shots of the C63 AMG in Steel Grey with a Sahara Beige Interior. The other thread I have pictures of the Palladium Silver one. I like the Steel Grey one better than the Palladium Silver... but christ, I'll take either one

The sun wasn't cooperating with me this morning, but I hope it gives you guys an idea of what the Steel Grey looks like on this monster:

??

ok...so the car has an alcantra steering wheel. does that mean it is equipped with the p30 package? is it an 08 model? i thought this was an 09 option.

i have an 08 on order and have been considering holding out for the 09 for this package, but if we can order it now this way.... is any one else confused?

It has almost 1,500 miles on it, so I would concur that it's probably not a car that's going on the lot...

got it
thanks for clarifying, and sorry for the thread hi-jack.

back to the color, that looks great, i like the two tone interior, but i'm not a fan of the two-tone driver seats.

looks like finding the right color is the hardest option. so far, they all look great.

This may be stupid and petty, but I much prefer the lock/unlock buttons are on the drivers door and not on the center console like the C55--it's slightly annoying to me.

I am thinking that I am liking the stone color seats with the Steel Grey color. Whats everyones opinion on the stone color seats opposed to the black that I currently have on order? I am thinking on changing my order but not sure. I think the light color seats will brighten up the inside of the car and not be so hot in the summer.

I love the seats. Btw, that is Sahara Beige, not stone, looks a lot better in person. They used that color on the Saks C350 back in the fall and it was much more intense and nicer looking in person. I think that interior looks great with the Steel Grey and certainly will look great on with black.

So they really are offering the Beige interior option for the C63, nice. Now they should do it for the C300/350 Sport models.

When you get 'er PLEASE post pictures. If I order one, it will be white and I'd love to see the beige interior on white. When is it due to land?

The Air Cleaner intakes are positioned very well for performance. Straight-in without any turns to impede air flow.
