they've decided not to put it. since the panoramic roof is just too heavy that it harms the handling of the car. as far as I know

Yea, too heavy for a car that already weighs over 4000lbs. I highly doubt that's the reason.

I think it should of had a carbinfiber top like the M3 ... i think that looks sick in white as well.

Oh yea, an extra 100lbs will surely slow down the C63. NOT! Its pure and simple, mbusa's call.

Axel at the AMG Performance Ctr said they couldn't keep the Pano in the C63. Too much torque. They kept cracking from the twist under load....

It doesn't add much weight at all, but in a car of this performance level you dont want it. What it needs is a CF roof, with CF hood, and trunk to help shave some weight. Its a fat pig for what it offers, but a fun one nevertheless.

Are you sure you are not confusing the Pano Roof with the Standard Sun Roof in the C63??
