Proper English IS quite difficult, especially when more than half of your family don't speak the language, and that would be my case.

I received a letter with my Daimler dividend advice today instructing me how to get a German tax refund. It had several glaring errors, and not those made by people who should get some slack because English is not their first language. Daimler AG should be ashamed to send a letter like that to all American shareowners.

Investor relations are not their strong suit either. They sent an admission ticket to the annual meeting to my California home via Fed-Ex. It arrived 4 hours prior to the start of the meeting. Trouble here was both the meeting and I were in Berlin.
