They look like 19" performance pack wheels we use in Australia.
I had those on my estate when I bought it but replaced them with E400 18" for a better ride on our crap streets.
Picked up an Edition 1 Sedan from Charleston, SC last week. One previous owner, 39K miles, dealer serviced. There's a few rock chips on the front end, i'll likely end up getting it repaired and repainted, otherwise the exterior (and interior) are in great condition. I'm absolutely loving it so far, but i'm 100% going to do some mods in Spring 2021. In the meantime, I'm letting it ride stock for what's left of the good weather in Central New York!
2010 C63 AMG - 80,000 miles. Satin black wrap full vehicle wrap including door jams (stock color was white), gloss black roof/mirrors, chrome accents, ceramic Pro coating, with Niche Rainer wheels 19x8.5 +42 in the front and 19x9.5 +50 in the rear, Mercedes black hub caps.
Bought this last month. 2011, 125 Edition. Although it was made and registered in December 2011. Extremely standard, totally stock...as far as I’m aware. 83,000 miles.

Finally got my new wheels on the AMG. It's also up to 15,700 miles now and climbing fast. I've done more miles in the last 2 and a half months of ownership than the first owner did in his first two years of ownership. Really loving this look. @tekgeekhd on ig for more!

If I didn't drive so many country roads I would but I'd destroy this car with a drop the way I drive, did that to my RX7 etc and I'm over replacing front lips etc time after time from cracking them. I may in the future though, maybe just do springs for a subtle drop.
I know what you mean about lowering and bad roads.
What are the wheel & tire specs?
Mine I went with BC Forged EH168's with front 18x8.5 ET 40 and rear 18x10 ET 55 Running Michilin PS A/S 4's 235-35 up front and 265-35 rear. I think I have enough room I'm gonna try 275-30 on rear next.
Came out spot on being flush so sifting through all the info here worked haha.
And yes 19's would look better but I tend to go through a set of rear tires every 3 months/5k miles so to save coin and keep somewhat dampened ride I stayed 18".
