09 don't exist yet.... like someone said above... you must be really really special to get the 09 when they haven't started building them yet.

I only question this story because pricing on the 2009 is not even released yet!!
BTW-I am also in S.Florida, where are these 09 C63s? The only one I was able to see was the White 08 at Pompano M.B. which is also the one listed on ebay for like $85K

Steel Gray 09' C63 AMG
I have a 2010 model C63 Type RSR V-Spec Turbo S, but re badged it as a 08' to confuse customs.
Come to think of it, in south Florida you could slip that 09' in with a couple of "keys" and no one would ever know.

This is really sad to hear about these stories. Why would anyone write these made up stories? Im starting to get really sceptic about everything I read here and that is really sad. The best things about these kinds of forums is that you here about stories, advice and just general conversation and oppinions about cool cars. Maybe it has something to do with putting m3 badges on 318i's, which I also dont get.
