There is a patch on the Microsoft website to allow you to do this.
If you have Adobe Acrobat with distiller, you can 'File Print' and print to the distiller.

ok i did it
this is the first contract i rec'd from him....this was only used as i gave a deposit for him to go ahead and order the car
i belive on my perticular vehicle they got it from fletcher jones MB in chicago
when the car is built and ready to be shipped, i will get the actual lease form from the bank....it supposedly has the exact same terms as what this ouitlines (otherwise i wouldnt take the car)

LE,
Can you share cap cost and money factor on this lease. Thanks. Also, w/ a multiterm lease, are the residual values, say at year 2, year 3, year 4, set at time of signing?

since pricing hasnt been released im not sure what the money factor or resid is. me personally i dont care aslong as i get the car for the terms stated to me
as soon as i find out i'll let you guys know
a few things i was told.... resid on 09 will be better than 08, since its a newer model and will depreciate later
and as far as money factor, my guy uses many diff banks...in this case i believe US BANK, because they have a better money rate

I hope you get the deal, but that isn't a lease agreement, no detail at all, a lease agreement will show everything, cap cost, cap cost reduction, residual, money factor, fees, terms, etc.... what does no adjustment over 3% mean by the payment?
just for fun, a 62% residual with msrp of 71k, 1500 cap cost reduction, 24 months and an aggressive money factor of 5% gets a $1298/month payment, not including tax, add an estimated 6% and we're at $1376/month.... final amount payed for the lease over the 24 months is $34,524.00
Your deal would be $24,500..... an amazing deal....
so I suppose it's possible if they chop 10k off the price of the car and are able to get decent money factors and residuals.....

Yea I never said this is the lease contract
Since there is no pricing yet you can't get all the #s
There is no resid out yet
All u can do is have MB order the car for u
Once more info is available and I get the actual lease contract I'll post that too
All I did was give a small deposit to place my order and build my vehicle

MB Financial may not have released their residuals for MY09, but the leasing co/bank has to have used some kind of residual in their calculation.
It's impossible to come up with a per-month $ lease number without plugging in a residual % figure intothe equation, is it not?

Didn't this thread start out as "I am in no way affiliated with this company" but now it's turned into "Call my friend and he'll give you a better deal."

yes thats exactly what he said
the # i got is an estimate, and we agreed that unless the car comes out costing waaaay more than what we figured it'll be around there
maybe 20-30 bucks more

***again, this is not the "contract from the bank"***
this is what i got in writing before i would put a deposit down
once he sent me this, i felt comfortable givng a deposit to have them order the car for me
when the price is released, and i get the conrtact from the BANK....i will , post it here...have my lawyer read it over.....and the go thru with it if its kosher

when i said im in no way affiliated with them...i mean i dont work with them or anything like that
when shopping around for the best deal on a C63, a developed a relationship with one of the main guys there.....
he agreed to "take care of me" if i spread the word and gave him some referrals
so again, im not in the auto business, im actually a stock broker, but if i can pass along good lease details....and in the meantime get some $$ taken off of my payments for referrals...im all for it!

which means, that the montly price could fluctuate a bit....but not more then 3%
you do realize with out an exact price, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a 110% quote
you can base the #s on an ESTIMATED price for an 09.....looks at some figures from the 08....and come up with an ESTIMATE that way
my car is estimated at roughly 71k
take an 08, add CF, and PP, and thats roughly in the 70s
if benz drasticlly changes the pricing on the C63...then this wont be the price
if its roughly what we guessed (which i think it wil be) than thats my deal!
