The New Guy: Buying C63 Very Soon....Need A Few Quick Questions Answered Plz?
Hi all,
First of all a big HELLO FROM LOS ANGELES!
I am new here so forgive me if this is not the right place to post this or if my questions have already been asked before.
I am planning to make the deal hopefully by tomorrow at one of the dealers since I test drove a Steel Grey C63 AMG and couldn't keep a straight face infront of the dealer today.
Anyway the car they showed me was a Steel Grey with Black and a dark greyish interior?? It was a 2 tone interior as far as I could tell but I didn't like it that much....
I have done tons of research all day and can't find the options and packages for the C63. I always end up looking at a regular C-Class option list.
Short Sweet & To The Point!
1. What interior colors are available in the US? (2 tone, 1 tone, pics would be nice)
2. Can I get the car with Panoramic roof (dealer says not in the AMG)???
3. Can I get a carbon fiber interior?
4. Is there any Alacantra lining available for the interior at all?
5. Is Key Less Go/Entry option available?

hey dude, welcome to the family ;-)
(1)interiors are black..(all black)
grey (dash and seat backs are black giving it that two tone look)
or sahara beige (dash and seat back are black too, again giving the 2 tone look)
(2)no panoramic
(3)carbon fiber is available only on the 09
(4)no alcantara
(5)no keyless or parktronic in america
go to cars.com and select build a new car (08) and see the options for the 08 C63
the only difference with the 09 is carbon fiber interior and the AMG performance package which includes....bigger brakes, limited slip differential, tighter suspension, and alcantara lined steering wheel

Hey thanks for the warm welcome. I think the one they showed me is with Gray/Black w/Leather Upholstery.
Do you or anyone know when to 2009s will be available?

Well.....lets see if this dealer gives me a good deal then I will take the 08. I am tired of waiting for a car...first it was waiting for the Audi R8 but I think this baby will smoke the R8.
