I love the black on black, but the white over gold...not so much.
That was kinda in, back in the day; remember seeing several 911s with gold BBS rims...Seems like Lotus ran that game too with the JPS livery...Of course, the guy driving was always rocking a soft shoulder pastel sport coat (sleeves pushed up) and a white pants...straight up Don Johnson Miami Vice...

not stock.
post the white on gold on a BMW forum and people will be all over it..... white on gold is not for everyone, its a love it or hate it situation. i personally think it looks good.

Thanks for those words of wisdom, I have been in this business so long that I think there is a way to make anything work, thats the point of these pictures, if I was to say I was going to have gold wheels put on white mercedes benz cls I bet everyone would have said its wrong to do that. But now I show pictures of it and is much more understandable, I personally love the way it looks, I think its different and is not the regular black centers, chromed or colored matched theme. And yes I think its a little throw back....
I cant wait .. a few years from now I'll have some silver center wheels put on a white cls, bet you: most likely I'll get the same feedback ( some love it some hate it).

It doesn't look bad just for the fact that it is different... match the emblems to the wheels and its a much better contrast.... be a little more open minded.

Sure its not the norm, but if everyone did the 'norm' how boring would the car scene be. Personally, i think its good, i'd drive it
