Driving style

I don.t know about you guys but I'm enjoying this car so much that I've begun to actually start going out once in a while for simply just a drive... sometimes pretty late at night- when the roads are empty.

This prompted me to start this thread... What is everyone's driving style like? I cant really be driving around all civilised and slow in this beast. Obviously within limits, but whenever theres an open strip of road I almost always open up the throttle and let her fly. But in general my driving most of the time is quite spirited. I was curious to find out how all of you guys drive your 63...
Maybe I'm just feeling guilty because almost everything else on the road gets smoked lol

Thanks for your opinions

I am doing just the same, this is not my daily driver, so often during the day, i find myself craving to get this out on the road. Many times when the day is almost over i cant wait to get home to start this car and listen, then put all the windows down and off i go, dipping into the throttle, which still after almost 10 days of having this car still gives me goosebumps, and i still havent broken it in yet!

This isn't meant to be my daily driver either.... but I find myself driving it daily anyway! Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

There is nothing like driving 150MPH.

The safest way to do this is to sign up for the AMG Challenge. I was able to drive most all AMGs including the SLR on the California Speedway oval and road tracks. Great experience.

This isn't my daily car either. I pretty much drive it like you do, at night. Most of the time I will either pull it out for a drive after I come home from work and on the weekends. Just thinking about me driving it around puts a on my face.

The amount of joy you feel driving this baby around is inexplicable. It always receives a great amount of attention from others.

The exhaust note alone would be enough for me to take it out every chance I get. Sounds like a friggen muscle car!

I have the same "problems." The car is like a loaded weapon.

I drove it to work today and as I was making a right turn, an E46 M3 was sitting there waiting to turn left. I grinned at him, throttled it and gave him an earful. So..... juvenile.

I like to drive late at night with the head lights off against the flow of traffic at very high speeds.
