How are headlights different w/o Premium Package?

I would assume that the headlights are just halogen as opposed to "bi-xenon", but I assume they have the plexi-covers too?

Help me understand the difference since I chose not to order the premium package?

The only real difference is that there is no Bi-Xenon lights and the bumper does not have the headlight washers. Othwerwise they look alike.

The C63 should get the smoked housings regardless of whether you get P02 or not.

The red C63 has headlights that look like the regular C-class. I always thought the C63 has a different looking inside lights.

Hmm I stand corrected then. Looks like the cars without P02 DO NOT get the smoked headlamps. What a shame since that really makes the car look aggressive.

Forgive my ignorance, I never posted an attachment before, but if you look at the red C63 headlight (one headlight at a time), the right light is much bigger than the left one. I think for the C63 this is reversed ( the red one was some demo model for AMG). That makes it more aggressive for sure.

The size of the headlights across the entire W204 lineup is the same. To have differet sizes would be highly cost ineffective for MBZ.

I put the headlights side to side, C63 on the left and C350 on the right. IMO the design inside the lights makes the C63 more aggressive. I think without the PP you get lights that look like the C350's lights.
