If you get too greedy and exceed the capability of the factory motor yes you will blow it, however a 70 to 100 is very safe as long as its done correctly.

Actually nitrous is quite safe as long as it is run correctly. The reason why some people blow there motors, and the same can go for anyone who is adding a supercharger, or turbo setup, is the fueling.

ASR Engineering Inc. is the way to go...ask for Abid there and he'll take care of you. I just spoke to him today and he has a few systems coming for the C63. Possibly exhaust and ECU tunes as well. They are moving to a new location so the products will be released soon. They're systems are known to add between 75 and 150 bhp to the E92 M3 so we'll see what comes out for the C63 soon. The systems are extremely reliable and also concealed so they are not seen for visual inspection (except for huge NOS tanks in the trunk.)

Just like I did with JUICEE63 when I gave him my 18" HRE C21'S and I ran him with my show 20" Vellano wheels on a 91 no NOS tune HELLO JOSH, sorry I just had to do it..

I've been using a zex kit for about a year and a half. So far so good *crosses fingers*
The most I've run on pump gas (91) is a 100 shot. And with race gas I ran a 150 shot. I don't really feel like replacing blown engine parts so I probably won't go any higher.

I hate to say this on this board, but you people who are so afraid of nitrous are just plain too "sheltered". I understand that Fast and furious gave a lot of stuff a bad name, but if people in C6 ZO6's are using it with high compression, large displacement engines, why the hell can't it be safe on a flippin C63? I do however, believe there should be more tuning vendors to keep things honest though. I just stepped out of an 04 Cobra, and many, many people run nitrous on top of 3.4 L twin screw blowers, and us C63 people are afraid of a 100 shot??? Tuners should easily be able to back off timing and add fuel remotely via email tunes imo for these cars for such a simple upgrade. I think vendors need to step up on tuning, and power adders "big time" with these cars. Yes it's made in Germany, but yes, metal is still metal overseas, and an engine is an engine. The motor in these cars are obviously a great design, but not "rocket science" or "magical" in the least. I think Benz is just willing to throw caution to the wind in sales, and puts money into what they think is needed, vs. the American car companies is all.

Nitrous is GREAT as long as you run a safe set up.
Be careful with the air fuel and make sure you can tune for it. Really not that difficult. You can do a search and find the threads concerning my set up if you want to. Be safe!
