The saga continues. The check engine light just came back on. This is the 3rd time in the first week of owning the car.
Will update when I get it back from the dealer tomorrow. I am seriously considering getting a lawyer and demanding my money back. This is complete BULL**IT!!!!
I have never had this happen to me. 3 times in the shop in the first week with a BRAND NEW CAR?

Just curious which dealer you're working with. I noticed that you're from the San Diego area and I have an 09 on order for a late August delivery (assuming I decide to buy it) from Hoehn MB of Carlsbad. Good luck to you (and those of us waiting for one).

I bought my car from MB of San Diego, but I'm getting it serviced at MB of Escondido, because they are closer to my work.

If you have a choice of dealer I'd say to work with MB of Escondido. MB of San Diego has treated me like trash and is trying to rip me off on a lease with $10,000 down.
