I'm in the same boat with you. My BMW dealer is trying to sell me any of their new 2008 M5 in the lot at invoice, with options which comes to about $10,000 more, which really is not a bad deal. 0.9% + free satellite radio + free bluetooth, $1,000 rebate from BMW CCA, another $100 off financing cost via my credit card. Tough decision....
I have also visited to our local Nissan dealership, but they wanted $100k for a GTR, they have already pre-sold 2 of those, 1st one was sold to a 20 year-old kid from face book or something like that. I'll pass...

Although I like the C63, I'd take the 650 vert myself. Since the only step up the C63 has on the 650 is power and that's the least on your priorities, I think you'll be very happy with the 650. Plus it's a convertible!

I've never read any of your old posts so I don't know what everyone's reffering to on that. But I will say I don't see what the problem is 
That is an insane price on that car, and I'm the same way as you, *no matter* how much I love something, I hate getting ripped off. Personally I think there are much much better choices than a 650 Vert (why didn't you look into an E63 out of curiosity? More and "better" car than the C?), but if you like it then great, and enjoy it. And smart move on not taking the Lease on the C....Although if it were me, and I loved the C that much, I would have shopped around for a $1K a month deal on it, I guarantee that deal can be done somewhere.

when you can get 90-100k cars for the same price, i think its a bad move

Gonna have too agree with your decision, although I would have stayed with a different series merc. The lease rates on the c63 are a bit ridiculous, and waiting 1yr for a used one with low miles is going to be a steal!!!!!

the PP comes with the brakes, and suspension, and sterring wheel like i said all along
whats next?????

some dope with a c63 wanted to do a burnout. I told him i would let HIM do the burnout in my car, if he wanted. I don't do that nonsense myself.
As for lighting the tires up at 75, the car is more than capable of doing it, and yes I happened once (was not racing anyone), but I don't do that either.

Honestly i think you made the right choice not getting the C63 becauser the deal offered to you sucked, but you have not made a worthwhile post the whole time you have been here from what i have seen.
