i dont know if anyones else when about this but i got a question. i have a 08 c63 and my mirrors fold in and out with a touch of a botton, now if i change to the new one will it effect foling mirrors. and if no can someone give me a part # thanks.

Ya, I'd love to know your build date too. My car left Germany on Tuesday and arrives in Halifax on October 8th so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it has the new mirrors. Not a huge deal but would be a nice bonus

I have seen my white c63 yesterday n it has the old mirror, but it's gd for me since i got carbon fiber mirror trims for it. Picking it on monday since they have to do the PDI n waxing the car.

I got mine a couple weeks ago and they don't fold. From reading this thread it seems like some might be implying that it was gonna be standard on all the amgs? If that is so maybe we might be able to get a part number on it so we can go bug our dealers?

Just came back from Euro delivery program
I got back two weeks ago from Euro delivery program and picked up my car from Stuttgart factory. Its a US model with a production date that started 1st week of September and it does not have new wing mirrors. I don't think US version 09's have those mirrors, wish they would though.

Same here build date was 1st week Sept. I have the car now without wing mirrors and guess what I don't miss them. I've seen them on other models and I think they're just ok...

Hey man, got your last message. Sorry, I was out with a couple of friends for some Italian. It was great! Minus the factory being closed... 
Anyways, did about 280 Km today, enjoyed the drive home. The car is a little evil one even under 4,500 rpm. 
I can't wait to open her up!

well, i'm having trouble with photo*ucket not saving my changed when i swirl the plates. it saves them but doesn't show right on the website. i'll post them later...
