Need Advice Lemon Car

Hi guys need advice or help on my car. I think my car is lemon, the dealership tried to fix it 4 times already. My car is leaking oil, 1st repair they said is an O-ring, 2nd repair was deformed oil pan, they said its factory defect, 3rd was sub pan and lastly it was top pan. I gave up time for a new car but dont know what to do, should I get a lawyer right away or just talk to them 1st? If i'll talk to them what should I tell them, any tips? Can I ask for CF, LSD coz of inconvenience? Please help. Any lawyers here who can help me for FREE Thanks in advance.

I had that happen to me. You seem to be qualified for for lemon law. What happened to me is that I had to pay for the mileage.
My car went in at 19k miles when the first problem occurred.
The lawyer did it free of charge, and then counter-sues the manufacturer for his fees. I paid a total of $0 and got a check for the entire value of the car (minus 1500 in mileage)
I completely forgot the name of the lawyer, but there are many that will take care of it for you. if you need any information PM me or ask me

Just called MBUSA....talk to one of their representative and told her i'll return the car and I explained...blah blah ****.and she told me " Sir..sir..no need to explain everything. Your car had a 4th time leak so someone is gonna call you later". I assumed that its ok that they gonna lemon my car. Wacha guys think?

Do i have to pay for mileage?

I think they will take care of you. They took care of me. My car wasn't a lemon by any means, but they gave me a nice refund for my CEL problem.

Hopefully you'll get a new car. Good luck.

honestly the mileage is so minimal its ok.
I owned my car for 18 months and paid 1500 in mileage fees. MBUSA seems to be pretty good, as does BMWUSA (they replaced my cousins 6 series no problems asked) my infiniti on the other hand... became a 6 month ordeal.
They seem pretty legit so you should be ok, even if they do charge for miles...
you can always use a lawyer and try to waive that, but you basically get a new car for that small fee (unless you drove a crazy amount?)
Good luck, and let us know how it works out

Dude...in several threads, you have been asked for details of how you got your refund. Have you not read any of these, or are you ignoring the question?

Hey Ice, Good Luck with MBUSA and if you need a good lawyer, I got one in Encino who took care of my S550 Launch Edition and got my money back too. I got about 50 grand in return for the car thanks to him.

All The Best!

Ice: though they won't likely just thrown in CF and LSD - it is likely that they can offer you a discount by giving the dealer some trunk money. So net-net you can get the PP car for the same price you'd pay for a non PP car. Good luck - post back on what happens. Oh - and keep it friendly but stern. Sort of passive aggressive.

Nice! You really are doing a great job so far on it! Would be a shame to see her go.
