To run a 12.6 @ 116 means you are having some pretty big traction issues. A 116mph trap is good for high 11's if you can get off the line.
Ohh; my Charger SRT-8 ran a 12.8 @108 and weighs in at 4450lbs with me in it.

The CTS-V ran the quarter-mile in a scant 12.5 seconds, besting the 12.7 it takes for either the BMW M5 or the Mercedes E63 AMG. Getting back to a standstill was another hit to the Bimmer and the Benz, with the Caddy stopping from 60-0 mph in 109 feet – five feet less than it takes the M5 and six shorter than the AMG. And if you're thinking that brakes and power are easy to upgrade and that the Cadillac couldn't possibly best the Germans on the handling course, think again: the CTS-V ran the slalom at 71.1 mph, while the M5 and E63 ran it in 68.5 and 65 mph respectively.

Looking for a new toy.
Found this vid on another site. Post was written by the BMW 335iX owner. He noted that he got the Caddy at the lights and out of the hole pretty good, but at the end the CTS-V just blew by him to run 12.4 at 120! There were two versions there testing, a 6-speed manual and the new 6-speed slushbox. Best time for the manual was 12.3 at 121 and a 12.4 at 120 for the automatic. In the vid the Bimmer ran 12.7 at 110 with an "aggressive tune (Juice Box) and catless downpipes."

All these cars go 12 something. But this and the RS6 results just show that our E55's are still fast out there.

Meh...it's still a Caddy. I don't really care if it's faster than the C63...I wouldn't buy it. Resale if probably awful on these.
Also, it's a supercharged V8. Of course it's going to make more power than the C63.

Guys, this may need to go in the kill section, lol.
Yesterday, from the light at dead stop a CTS-? (not sure of what after the CTS) was racing me to the ramp in my E320. I was sure I was dead meat, but I out-pulled by half car length. I was surprised, the Caddy sounded like it was straining. IDK?

Great kill. Just for clarification though, there was nothing after the CTS.

No dice, MHP....The CE Z06 was the "collectors edition" 2004 model..the last of the C5's with 405 HP. Notice your own source lists 7:40 for the 505 HP C6 Z06.
