ECU Only for 63s
How many C63 owners would be interested in ECU only tuning from MHP? Cost would be $2250 and you would make the same power on the dyno as with our v2 tuning, but you wouldn't run as fast at the track due to the lack of a TCU tune.

This will be my DD and occasional Road Track day (2 or 3 times a year) so I will need your help finding the middle ground.
This is going to be fun!!

Andy, An ECU tune alone was what I had first planned but I must say your TCU tweak has me rethinking. With what you have shown you can do with the 7-Spd TCU and ECU combined I think I would be disappointed or at least left wondering "what if" (I don't need that in my head) if I didn't go for both.

No question complete driveline tuning > either TCU or ECU alone. If you race the car at all, or just want the best possible tuning, it's a no brainer which route to go. IMO just getting rid of the short/inconsistant shifting was worth it to me, the vastly improved WOT shifting is icing on the cake and is literally priceless at the track.
As for your specific combo, every tune is custom so it won't be an issue.
Thanks
Andy

Andy, I know you 100% believe that ECU-only is not the way to go, but from a business standpoint I think you would have a real winner with this option. Given how hard it is to show the benefits of TCU tuning without a test drive (as we've discussed), I think you would miss out on a lot of potential customers by not giving them the option for ECU, TCU, or both.
Put my vote down as +1 to do this.

Noted and done. ECU or TCU only are now available.
Thanks bud.

Yes that is true, since the 7A is really a traditional automatic and the M shifting is so inconsistant stock. The shifting with TCM tuning is better in every mode by a longshot.
