I cant speak for Azn's groupbuy because i havent used those LEDs nor do i know who makes them.
If you go back a few pages or so you will see that these are made for the w204s specifically. No errors, no extra parts needed and the closest LEDs to White that you can get from what im told.
When it comes to LEDs, all that matters is color and quality in which i can promise you will be happy with. Ask or read the comments from others, nothing but good reviews.

Eylide LED lifespan??
Hey Phrank, Has anyone else had an issue with these LED's burning out prematurely?? Had 2 blow since Monday....

Now the other 2 have blown. All 4 toast within a week and in less than 6 months use. At $200 for the set of bulbs I feel special...LOL

One of the LEDs from AZN's GB burnt out on my C63. I then removed them and replaced them with the stock bulbs.
Now I'm using CTGill's LEDs and so far so good... So you're not alone in burnouts at least (I have a C63 too).
