Just got home and gt the same email and artinerary, looking forward to meeting you...there are three other AMG owners from Ottawa also going I was told, on the same day as well.

Got the same thing today, unfortunately my flight doesn't arrive til late Monday night, so I'll miss the first evening's festivities. But it's all about the driving next day anyway!

Had a few nightmares of spinning one of these AMGs off the track since they're a little heavier then what I'm use to on the track

Great, see you in a couple of days, my bar skills might be a little better than my driving skills as i was a bachelor till 36yrs old and enjoyed very much and had tonnes of practice!!

I didnt work on this personally, so I dont have any new details that you guys wouldn't already know.

I Just got back from the course, it was AWESOME. These guys did a great job, incredible instructors, nice atmosphere, awesome cars. I met Nick and Vitali from the forum, to bad we did not drive on the same day. MB Canada had a professional photographer taking pictures and will provide us with a link to all the pictures by next week.

Hey George, Chris and Vitali! Just got back a few hours ago, very sad to be back, though i can still hear those cars in my ears. This was an incredible event held by Mercedes Benz Canada, i and the others who had the great fortune to attend this event cannot be thankful enough. It was so well organized and orchestrated, tons of seat time in all the models and finally full out ***** to the wall laps with the instrucotrs driving in the car of your choice. These cars are incredibly reliable on the track, predictable and bloody fast, all the thrashing these cars took for a number of days and there was no power loss or brake fading issues, for those of you here who have a C63 or have ordered one have no idea what this car can do on a track....outstanding, insanely amazing!! To have this event all expenses paid, from the $550.00/night rooms plus all the cocktail parties and great dinners, not to mention the lunch at the track and a full day of track driving $3million worth of AMG cars is priceless. The group who was hired by Mercedes Canada is Driving Unlimited, they are regarded as the top driving instructors in north america, they were awesome, learned alot and their personalities were top notch, made the whole experience as one of the best. Special thanks to Danny Kok, Gerry Kok, Melanie Patterson, Mark, Jack and Eric( sorry guys cant remember your last names). Anyhow, I will post pictures once I have time as well, great meeting a bunch of you there, it was truly an experience of a lifetime.

. That was my first such event and I have to agree with Nick, it was amazing, the instructors are top notch and as Nick said, the C63 is something else on the track. I couldnèt believe what it can do, this car is real monster. I felt that the flat bottom steering wheel gave the C63 an advantage.
Nick was it sunny the day you droveÉ
I am not sure if the instructors read this forum, but you guys are awesome. Thanks to Melanie for spending sometime teaching me how to drive on the track, I didnèt have a clue how to drive anywhere but the highway, now I can drive well on the track

Barry, just so you know, your name came up number of times in conversations with George, so we were thinking about you, you would have really gone crazy with this event, it was surreal at times as you looked at the lineup of cars outside in the pit area and your thinking of which car to get your hands on. Wish you were there, it would have been fun.
