I think this is a good deal, given it's about comparable to my C63 that I purchased just yesterday. If this is the 1st offer they gave you, I'd think there is still room to negotiate. If this is the offer they gave you after several rounds of negotiation, I'd say go for it.

It's a fair play to tell the dealer you'll wait another month, and to call you if it's still sitting there by mid-December. By that time, they may shave off another $500 to $1500 if it's still there.

From my calculation they have already gone in to holdback, so I really don't think you have any more room to go...unless they are willing to give everything away just to move a unit.

That is pretty close to what I got 3 weeks ago here in Ohio. Mine was $60,400, but I do not have TeleAid.

I will almost guarantee in a month or two you will be able to get 4-5k off these cars if are willing to shop guys offers. Maybe possible now - at least in the NY/NJ/CT area. Mine is coming in Dec, $4800 off MSRP on a 73k car - but discount a result of being previous Mercedes owner...

My '08 was under $66K delivered earlier this Spring with just about the same equipment. I'll post the numbers tomorrow. I would definitely say push for lower. At least another $1K.

Believe it or not the C63 is almost as fun to drive as the F430. The soundtrack on the F430 is incredible. For comparison's sake the F430 has 483hp, not that much more than the C63's 451hp. Given the fact that my wife is expecting in January and we've already got 2 the C63's back seats make it the more fun drive (under current circumstances). Nothing like her asking me to slow down as I bend into an off ramp with and say "Look baby no brakes!!"

I still can't believe how MB got a sedan to handle like that and put the power down. Seriously considering selling the F430. I promised she wouldn't be a garage queen but I'e taken it out like 4 times in the past 6 months.....I know ...I need to be shot.

That being said..the C63 is ALMOST as fun to drive...the Ferrari handling is so dialed in and subliminal.

Check is finally in the mail to me from MBUSA. They decided to refund me the 8% for military discount since they wouldn't do it when I purchased! I am very impressed with their customer loyalty! $5,030 isn't much for them to cough up, but a very meaningful gesture for sure! Did I mention I love my car?

Congrats, that is very encouraging to hear that MB is taking care of their customers.

I just recently left BMW because they did not stand up for me (the customer) when a BMW dealer owed me money.

It will be $35-40k in 6 months....
It will end up being about $35-40k in 6 months....I say get a used 65 or 55 that has already declined.....

08's are already in the mid $40's with 5k miles...wholesale

IS-F's are already low $40's at auction in comparison and new M3's are dropping like rocks as well

NOTHING like a great used car bargain....

What do you guys think about this:

New C63 (Non-Metallic Paint)
-2009-2
-Premium 2 Package
-AMG Leather Package
-Carbon Fiber Package
-Multimedia Package
-iPod Integration

It has 80 miles on it and no teleaid. Dealer is willing to give it to me for $62,500 + titling fees/sales tax.

Gaz guzzler and destination charges are included in the $62,500 price. I pushed for $61,500 but dealer wouldn't budge.

Thanks guys.
