Sold the 63
Decided to let it go. Loved the car. Of all the cars I've owned this one was one of the favorites. Sports car with 4 doors. Can't get much better than that. It was a financial decision. Listed the K&N's and clear markers in the classifieds if anyone is looking.

Not sure. May not replace it for awhile. Stock market has killed me. Been retired for 8 years and I have to re-align my life style. I retired young(52). I have, hopefully, a lot of years to make my money last. Unfortunately I will never gain back what I have lost in the market this year.

I'm sorry for your loss...but when it picks up again I'm sure you'll get your c63 back
Sorry but I couldn't find the clear markers on the classified section...how much are you selling them for?

the lesson to be learned is that ANYONE who invests in the market should have some type of insurance!
in the form of an option hedging strategy, or any other number of ways to cover your ***
sad reality is 95% of investors have no safety net and are just getting hammered bad
the good news is, this is an INCREDIBLE oppportunity to make some serious money in the market
just going forward think of this
would you NOT get insurance on your car???
same goes for your money
(especially your money)

and IDYE, you can make those losses back, will take 3-5 years atleast tho
but try to preserve what you have left
dont hold on to anything unless you have a safety net to insure against big losses in the mkt

Recovered the last time market took a dump but I was still working then. If I were still employed today I wouldn't even blink on what I spend. With no income and living off my investments it get tight when you have to plan out for 15-20 years !

well if you have no work, and need income
consider putting your money into safe income producing instruments
if you have a nice chunk of change, you can safely live off of just the income you can make off of it, while not touching your principle
