Mercedes (W203) C240 4Matic
I had the same problem on my 2004 C240 4matic. I have Bi-Xenon headlights and in one night the headlight did not adjust anymore. I just stop the car and restart and the headlights adjusted normaly. After this I used an Bosch KTS tester and find the error in the error memory of the car. ("Headlights adjusting sensor") I just reset the errors and since then I didn't had this problem anymore. When you start the car the headlights are adjusting the distance of the beam acording to the pitching of the car. This way the headlights beam will not iluminte the sky. (when you have more weight on the back). They will always stay at their designed distance. I don't know if this is the same system in the W204 but I'm sure is and error or an malfunction of the sensor that controlls this.
Hope this helps.

They don't know what the hell they're talking about. Tell them to compare it to another C63 or even a C350/C300 with the P2 package. The lights should align up just about the same. Looks like yours are pointing straight into the ground.

Have you custom lowered your suspension or is it still the factory setup?
