C63 by MKB traps 122 MPH....
I was at the Bradenton supercar shootout yesterday, a C63 with MKB headers and tune trapped 122 MPH, best ET was 11.63..... should have the videos up in a few....

this is the new record for the fastest 1/4 mile MPH by a C63?

I guess the C63 had the GT by a good margin at the beginning and beat it by 0.04s in the 1/4 mile... but the the GT was moving faster by ~4 mph (@126 mph) at that point.

They are tough cars to launch, first gear is actually good to 60mph as well.

I bet the C63 can make up that 4 mph or close to that if all the cats were removed, dual 3" and a retune ecu? Only if you guys can shaved a couple hundred pounds off the car.

Looks to me like the Ford GT trapped 128 not 126, which is a 6 mph difference. If the ford GT could have launched half way decent, that car is probably capable of breaking into the 10's.

Unfortunately no one makes a 19" DR so they're destined to be ****ty launchers. Unless you're Joe and have a $20k set of custom tires made for your 1700rw TT Ford GT.
