Well, considering my street ECU has been programmed for 100 octane I would be foolish to race you on pump gas, especially that crappy pump gas out in California, it's not worth me breaking something to race you. So I have to run on 100 octane, but I will take the bottle out of my car and run you on motor only. Further more I will give you the bust, I will go when you go. 1/4 mile race you name the price of the wager.

FYI the quickest I have gone on motor only is a 11.47, but that was some time ago and I have added several mods and cut a couple hundred pounds off the car since then. On the bottle my car has gone 11.13 @127.4mph.

What do you run on the motor only and 100 octane? I'm going to wait till after I get back from Vegas to put a number on the bet, I don't want to limit my fun lol

Run 100 octane in the Lotus. You will make more power and the margin of safety increases as well.

lol jesus christ what's your mod list look like? I'm actually going for work next week, then spending a few days with family there. The lotus has 5,000 miles on it, each mile I put on is like pulling a fingernail off. I'm not down for a long trek in that thing, especially with no reliable cooling system. Until I put some money in it I'm walking on eggshells. I'm down for a friendly race when you are in the area, but like you said, not down to break something just for ****s and giggles, and my factory warranty has been long gone.

Just a few bolt-ons, nothing major. We can run for the hell of it, just make sure it's video taped. That pass was made in less than desirable conditions, it was pretty warm and humid that night. Since that run I have a new MHP ECU and a few other goodies, should be good for 11.20's on motor all day.

I looked for it last time and could not find it, I even asked people at the PALMS and they said there was one down by Seamless but not by the PALMS...what's it called so I can Google it?

Are the people at the Palms F'ing ignorant??? It is accross the street from the parking lot on the westside of the casino on Arville. You could even stumble over if you're drunk, but just watch the idiot Vegas drivers while crossing the street.

Thanks!

We have our own in house software/hardware. We custom tune both ECU and TCU for AMG 63s. We do not pry open ECUs, remove chips flash them and resolder, we flash through the drive pickups themselves. Every cal we do is 100% custom, we do not copy and paste tables.

So on that pass, did you hit the button on the back end of the run. Either the mustang shut down, or holly hell you have some top end.

looks like the stang shut down early, he was on the brakes before the end. Probably wasn't going to be his best run so he didn't want to get kicked off for not having a roll cage or what have you.

The bottle was not even in the car on that pass, there were several MB World members present that can confirm that. I only trapped at 121.79 on that pass I believe the Mustang shut down at the 1000ft mark, I had him beat either way, he and I raced 3 times that night and I was 3-0, he is friends with a guy on this board.
