How to install a multimedia system on a C63 Amg which doesnt come with a navigation system and a flip out screen, i have the basic system and i would like to upgrade it...Please help...

i tired the only way you can do it is if you buy everything yourself. i tried having m.b do it they said no.

As long as i know what i am doing i will be more than happy to buy it all...What about aftermarket..can i use any of the high-end Systems like Alpine electronics..

im not sure about that, i know what you need to do the system.

you need a new radio, and new vent, and the 7 inch display. and you good to go, m.b wants like 4g for all does stuff. so i gave up.

What dealer would order a C63 without that option? Dealers never cease to amaze me.

Are these interchangable? I thought there were different wiring harnesses for MM packaged cars and non MM packaged. If not I might be willing to work a trade for the Audio 20 setup for my MM setup. But I want to be sure it's all going to plug in and every thing.

im going to try it soon, if i find a car in the junk yard that had the mm pack i will try, till then i dont want to try and screw anyone, i mean if you wanna ship it to me and ill test it ok fine,

I don't think it's plug and play. It would require a different amp, speakers, etc. to get the full DTS surround, etc.

i cant wait till one of my 3 friend that have a c63 leave ther car with me for a day im ganna try it
