DO NOT BUY FROM XTRALIGHTS.COM !!!!
I am now filing a dispute with my CC company. I provided my tracking number to show proof of delivery. Xtralights has not credited my CC after a month of receiving the bulbs. My CC bank credited me the funds and they are settling up with Xtralights.
Xtralights customer service is horrible. I've sent numerous emails to them regarding the item and get horrible responses. One person yelled at me via email by typing in ALL CAPS. I've called their customer service number and the extension has always been busy and my calls never returned after leaving voicemail.
I'm sure others have had good experiences with the company, but I would shop elsewhere. There are many businesses elsewhere that want to sell you $200 light bulbs.
PS I ended up buying a set of 6000k bulbs from ebay--they look great
Overall, I am pleased with the lights much more than the 4300k. I would like to get the fog lights to match as well as the eyelids.
However, I can't justify paying $200 for some $5 LED arrays. Maybe I'll make them myself and put my masters degree to good use and sell them on the board for $30 a pop

This shows what a bunch of douchebags of staff are in xtralight.com. I was going to purchase some goods from them.I also kept calling them and e-mailing them with questions about a specific item and they never replied. Ceratinly after hearing about this matter, I will never deal with them.
I am copying this link and sending it via E-mail to those freaks, so they could see it and hopefully provide better customer service in the future.
