Need some Canadian help

Originally my dealer got me a November build with a promise of delivery before Christmas. He pitched me some BS saying he can get me the quickest C63 in town because some guy still has not confirmed his November build which he wants to give to me.

My November build got delayed to January because of the plant closure in December. (don't ask me how a closure the following month would affect my build the previous cause I have no idea either). My dealer afterwards promised me a February delivery and to this day I still have no VIN. I emailed my salesman asking for the VIN expecting the car to be on the boat and if not already on Canadian soil. My salesman response was that MB Canada will be issuing a letter to their customers explaining the delay.

This is complete BS!~ The whole expereince has been ****. The dealer never initiates contact with me for updates or has a definite answer.

I've been getting the run around long enough...I ordered this car back in August.

If anyone can tell me if there is a fully loaded C63 with PP in Tenorite Gray or White on a Canadian dealer lot please let me know.

Thanks guys.

You are in Shanghai? I just got back from there. I was in Asia for a month hoping to come back to a new car.

You STILL haven't gotten your car yet???

OMG

Just buy it somewhere else. I'm sure there was a white PP at the Richmond dealership just a short while ago.

Actually, I find that chaotic traffic patterns in Shanghai strangely relaxing. Maybe it's because I used to have a driver there. Hehehe...

I didn't come across a lot of pot when I was there, actually.

Holes, on the other hand, were everywhere.

If I were you. I would have slapped that guy out.

Hes lying to you.

The next build date is March. May delivery. The last build date was January.

Their computer shows the EXACT status of your car. In production, on the water, in Halifax, being trucked here, etc.

There is no way he can give you someone else's car. As they REQUIRE 10% down payment, non refundable to get a car in production.

Their computer can show them every single C63 in Canada. Whether its on the water, in production or sitting on a lot in Saskatchewan. It will say available or client on the bottom. There was a handful in white last time I checked, but these cars move quick. There one day and bought the next.

Im pretty sure there is a car build every 2 months. I know there was/is one in January and March.

I'd go there get your money and go somewhere else. That's ridiculous.

I Know you said Tenorite Grey or White. But the dealer in Halifax has a Iridium Silver fully loaded, PP, CF on the lot.

I don't think I've ever had to pay a "non-refundable" deposit on a car before.

When you order a car to be made to spec its usually non refundable.

One way around that, and has worked for me in the past, is when you order your car make sure you get it in writing that if it's not delivered by the promised date, then you get your deposit back.
