Hmm legal issues...
So tomorrow i have to get my car inspected...
I got a Notice and Order
( Richmond B.C )
I have my resonator out....
do you think i should put it back on or will it be fine
will it be too loud ?
to pass the inspection?

Do you consider it fairly loud yourself? I haven't heard what a modified C63 sounds like. Do you think they'll just check your tires and leave the rest of your car alone?
Here's the Richmond by law for noise below. I'm sure all cities have something similar. It's just rarely enforced because complaints are probably rare for cars.
Just play it cool Don't start sweating until they reach for the spl meter...!

Prohibitions

or use on such real property, any vehicle, conveyance, machinery,
equipment or device, or any animal, or any bird or fowl, which makes or
causes to be made, a noise which disturbs or tends to disturb the quiet, peace, rest, enjoyment, comfort, or convenience of any person or persons in the neighbourhood or vicinity.
PART 3.2: MEASURABLE NOISE LIMITS
3.2.1
Non-Continuous Sound
3.2.1.1
A person must not make, cause, or permit to be made, a non-continuous sound exceeding sound levels:
(a)
of 80 dBA or more during the daytime, or
(b)
of 75 dBA or more during the nighttime, when received at a point of reception in the City

hmm its really really loud, i m guessing over 80dBA
the guy that is going to inspect my car tomorrow is going to check the dBA
if so he is throwing the resonator back on for me... for free
( friend )
and then i have to take it out again in a few weeks after

The resonator doesn't do all that much except remove some secondary harmonics and clean up the sound. C63s are effing loud from the factory, well over 80db at full throttle to be sure (Ever been to a dyno run? Deafening). But I doubt the test will be at full throttle...
