Thanks for the positive comments. Hartmut and the RENNtech team have the car running phenomenal. Has tons of power all over, including down low. I had to finesse the launch to get the 60' in the 1.7s on street tires. Pulls strong at any rpm and shifts amazing. I am used to the 5 speed in my CL65 which shifts much more subtle. This C63 still has some left on the table. I believe an 11.40 - 11.30 run is in the near future. Think the 11.57 run was captured on video. If so, video should be up soon on dragtimes.
Also, ran my CL65 last night. Went 10.98 @ 127. http://www.dragtimes.com/Mercedes-Be...lip-17713.html. Not bad for stock intercoolers and exhaust. Only mods RENNtech ECU and airbox.

The tune is available. I am just the test pilot. Will get the particulars and dyno graph from Renntech and post. My recollection is +/- 460 hp to the wheels.

oh, and of course that was after about 1 hour on the dyno hot lapping with the ECU installed only for 60 seconds .. Well I forgot to tell Mo 544rwhp & 534tq with my little mod

Nice times! Very impressive for an all motor car with just bolt-ons. How are the new Nitto Nt05 holding up to all that power? I see you pulled a 1.760ft so they must be pretty good. They are supposed to be the best street/track tire and inexpensive compared to other brands.

Any chance they can make MIR on March 1st?
They ran .02 quicker than we did with headers and no cats vs our bone stock exhaust. We now have a similar system to theirs (retains stock catback) in place and would love to run heads up with another tuner.

For the record since there's been so much hostility on this site lately if Renntech chooses to call it that, it's of the friendly type. We'll be there for sure, it would be great if they could make the trip too. Good friendly competition improves the breed for us all.
