That's a bargain price. I paid more than that for the factory CF trim.

yeaa that carbon kit in Australia is a bloody rip!! >< ><

The revosport CF seat would be good, except when u have people sit in the back who has no idea what CF is, and don't give a damn about cars and CF at all who starts scratching it with stuff 'accidentally'...

Count me among the people who have no idea why CF is so expensive. =) Why does it cost so much more than wood? Is it lighter or something so it improves car performance?

Do a search on google with the process on CF parts process. You will be amazing how many hours for a small piece from start to finish and you will know why they're expensive.

Actually, yes the process is long and material cost too.

For most scratches from shoes can be removed just like polishing your car. If there's scratch not too deep it can usually be delt with by a find sand paper and polish. That's only for those with the gloss carbon finishing. The resin acts as a clearcoat protection of film.

So cheap muddphuck!! Can you send one over to Australia?! hahaha

Don Black :
honestly.... unless your whole car is CF and lightens the car by at least 30-40kgs, theres no point i reckon except for looks haha
If like ur changing a front lip or just ONE external body part, MAYBE it'll give you better aerodynamics, but i reckon its still pretty insignificant except that it looks good.

To me, its like saying "why is gold so expensive? Its because its hard to get, rare, and takes ages to get solid gold".

Same pricipal imo....except gold doesn't look as good as CF

I'm all over this. I hate the wood trim. Anyone have pics of this kit installed?
