What happened when I turned Esp off for the first time.
I've got almost 5000 miles on my beast so far and while I dont drive it "enthusiastically" when theres traffic around, sometimes when its late at night and the roads are empty I have a bit of fun... which is fine in my opinion. Took her out last night for a drive and normally i can get the back out a tiny bit with esp sport but this time I was with a friend and turned it off completely, put it in M and gunned it around a corner in second and oh my..... nearly lost it and almost went into a barrier... Luckily I wasnt going fast enough at all to lose control so I just braked and got things under control.
Still, lesson learnt... I wont mess around like that again lol...

Beemer, Benz or ... Chevy.
It's always okay to have fun, just be careful
Practice in the rain by taking it slow, and make sure to get the countersteer in. Eventually, you'll get the hang of it and powersliding around right angle turns will be second nature
Me and my friend with an M made a pact to always keep all the safeties off when driving. As long as you don't drive like a douche and know your limits, you'll be okay.

First Time I took it off, i gunned it around a corner in 2nd gear in M mode and held a perfect drift for 2 house width in the dry. Ever since I've been driving with it off. HPDE ftw.

I only drive with the esp off when i feel like bagging. Suprisingly the first time i tried going around a nice turn with the esp off and sport it was very ez to control, and i LOVED it.
