White seats interior?

Have you guys seen the white seats in a few of the models out there? it basically has white seats and door inserts and the rest is black. I think it looks pretty sweet.

Anyone have this?

Very nice! Pics Pat?

I'm getting my C63 at the end of this year, so I'm researching trim options.

I've grown extremely tired of:

1.) Aluminum trim
2.) Carbon fiber

With so many silly CF bolt-on stuff out there, CF interior trim has become a joke, IMO.

Time to go with a more classy interior!

Saw a blk/blk C63 at a dealer this week, while in for service. Had brown wood trim. Looked pretty out-of-place, IMHO; didn't like it.

A performance car with factory-installed CF trim looks fine, and if anything should increase the value and desirability of that specific car. If going with something else, I think the black wood trim is a good alternative.

Agree with others, love the two-tone (Sahara Beige & Blk I think?) interior that's available. Not sure if it'll wear as well, but looks damn good when new

sorry, its a May 1 delivery!

I know its weird but I actually dont like CF that much, definitely not with the sahara beige - (on black maybe)

Also aluminum wouldnt look right on sahara either, only black -

i wish that MB went with a real brushed aluminum trim - the one they use is a cheap looking painted plastic if i remember correctly

I think the color is Ash Gray not white, for the U.S. market anyway. It is a very very light gray color. Yes, it is a sweet color.

The patterns of CF would be off with Sahara Beige for sure. IMO, it'll actually make the interior look cheap, lol. You're right, CF works best with a black interior!

Actually, too many cars now have aluminum trim. It's nice to see that MB has offered the black wood for the C63. I wonder if the wood will show the grain, or if it's just the black lacquer that will be present?

I thought we concluded it's Sahara Beige?

I'm with you on the brown wood..........doesn't go with the car at all.

So far, I'm only interested in the black wood. I love that piano-gloss look. Very classy!

the gray is two toned as well - but i think the dash setup is different

on the gray its gray and black whereas on the sahara its all black (i think)

the black maple trim is kind of glossy, its black with some whiteish/gray swirls in it, i think it compliments the sahara perfectly

I'm glad most are black/black.

Makes Sahara-Beige owners more special.

Looking at that gorgeous pic just makes me impatient to order mine........

i think people shied away bc of the maintenance. Worrying about jean dye getting on the seats..i have cream in my RRS now and im very careful with it and it really isnt a big deal if you dont hav kids.

I bet some people worried about re-sale too. Dealers always try to tell people to stick with the regular colors for better resale value. me personally, I dont let re-sale value sway my decision. Couple k at the end wont bother me as much as not getting what I truly want. (nothing against black interior as i know some guys just have to have it)

Agreed. Even with my current black interior, I have this odd habit of brushing my pants off before I sit in the car, lol.

I would actually think re-sale on these interiors would be better, no?

i would think yes, if u take good care of it - reason being its 2-toned...if it were all beige theres no way Id go for it - im hoping they discontinue it after '09!

i think the sahara beige really screams luxury - perfect on a benz
