Has anyone seen a Palladium Silver W204 with a Carbon Fiber Hood? If so, how does it look? Any pictures? I'm thinking about getting a C63 style carbon fiber hood for my C 300 and I was wondering if it would look better painted or left as is. Any thoughts would be great!

Although I agree he shouldn't do it (especially if he's not going to body match), I don't think swapping hoods in itself is really JDM. Just take a look at what Vorsteiner has done to BMWs...one of the hottest things has been swapping to their more aggressive hoods. Same with Eurocode for Audis. Expression also has a kit out with hood replacement for the C, S, and ML class.

Bmw's and Audi's with those type of hoods pass... A Mercedes Benz with that type of mod, well....

Yeah I totally agree... A Carbon Fiber wing like 3 or 4 feet off the trunk would complement that car perfectly...

Preferably this one (in carbon fiber of course)

Josh,

Can you photoshop the hood to match the car, but leave the power bulges in cf to see what that looke like? I agree that the vorsteiner hoods can look good on the BMWs, but it is usually when the CF portion is small and understated, like the vent area, etc.
