The bigger lip... He painted the top part... Basically he should have gotten the smaller one in the first place, but it looks great now

I think that is how they should all be finished out, the finish better accentuates the side gills and the original design.

Sadly I don't think the lip would last long on my car, since the original bumper hits most parking stops...
