hi guys; i got the check oil at next fuel message times 2; each time i turned off the car the message went away; i checked the dipstick this am and the oil level is at the 2nd red marker; not sure what this means in terms of the oil level but the manual's dipstick picture was different; the car is a 2009 and has 2700 miles; i did get this message around 1300 miles and the dealer topped it off; does anybody know how to read the dipstick level as the dipstick i am cannot figure it out

I got the same message these days, its annoying and the service guy told me not to add oil by myself, instead, take the car there and they need to record this.

u guys are right! i didnt realize i posted so many times but her i love this beast and this forum; the dealer topped it off for me;told me it can burn oil up to 5k miles then it should slow down; figured out the answer to my dipstick ? too; if the oil level is in between the top and middle red indicator then ur good; thanks all!

Just brought my car to dealer to fix/align my wheel and paint my bumper today. I have also gotten the 'check oil at next fueling' warning intermittently for the past 3 weeks even though the oil level is between the two dipstick markers closer to the top one. They say its a faulty oil level sensor and are replacing it under waranty. I haven't really followed the other threads on this b/c I just started getting the warnings and have not needed to add oil as others have. Anyway, we'll see if that takes care of it - I'll let you all know.
