I usually dont have this problem because I dont dawdle and most people wont keep up. If I am taking my time I either keep out of the fast lane or am very happy to move aside out of the way of someone wanting to go faster or pass me.

Agreed, but that picture's appearance in his original post is likely by way of it having been saved onto his PC and then uploaded to a site like Photobucket and then linked to his post. He should be able to remove the image from his Photobucket (or similar) account and it will then cease to display in his posting here.

If you right click the image and copy the URL from where the image is hosted - it is that site, which is why I said what I did, meaning it's not in his Photobucket account
