Only due to drivers inexperience. Car for car the C63 wins. There really is no argument. All the videos in the world showing noob C63 drivers wont make the SRT8 faster. Continuing down this road only makes you look like more of a troll. Numbers don’t lie. Stock for Stock the C63 beats the Jeep SRT8.

Thank you. I love my 74 charger. It has a 440 in it.

The Chevelle is awesome also. 454 in it.

Both cars beat the C63 AND the SRT8.

Chevelle ran a 9.9 at 133mph once.

All in good fun and competition.

If we did have **** talk about cars we would all be driving saturns.

Have you ever tried to take a turn at high speeds in the Jeep? Let's start a comparison on a track with some turns. Maybe the all-wheel drive will keep the Jeep planted...who knows? I think tracking the car would be much more fun than just going in a straight line. I plan to take mine to the track (road course) way before I run any quarters.

My jeep was killer on twists. I put some lowering springs on, thicker sway bars, sway bar links. 315/275 sized tires. It suprised everyone. I could run 110 on the highway with 6 people in the car and they all thought i was going speed limit

I did a track rental road cource at NJ Motorsports. What a rush!! I was slinging that beast all over the track. All the srt8 vehicles handle very well on a roadcource. I get about .9 G's in the corners!!

Name me another huge awd suv that can pull that off AND have enough cargo space to fit 5 and a full load of snowboard gear ?

Yes, the truck handles well for a truck and even for some cars! But you arent getting .9 G's in it unless your about to flip over.

You'd be suprised. When i had my suspension fully setup I was playing around with a carrera GT - he didnt' give me a thumbs up for keeping up with him ( blew my away when he was on the throttle ) BUT, I can tell he was really suprised to see me be able to easily change lanes behind him at 100+ mph.

Check these out. No offense but some of the comments here sound as silly as a lay person accusing all MB models of being designed in China... ...oops

Both of these articles (though we know how mis-lead Wiki can be) quote the SRT8 GC as being able to attain a .9g skidpad.

I am surprised if its true. How much work into the suspension? You must have lowered that truck substantially.

How much total in upgrades would you say you have spent? 20K?

BTW really showing your ricer colors bragging about being able to quickly change lanes @ 100+MPH You're a statistic in the making...

Ohh sweet Jezzusss! Now you think modded Jeep SRT8 is competition in ANY way towards Carrera GT Talk about delusions of grandeur, does it ever occur to you SRT8 guys the superior autos you ran were merely TOYING w/your Cinderblocks & never took you seriously...

612HP
Curb Weight 2755lbs
0-60 3.5
1/4 mile 11.12 @ 133+MPH in STOCK FORM

Nice pic...

Yeah, that was my feeling as well. I would be amazed if they are getting .9 G's. The R8 is putting down .9 G's. I just dont see how...

Guys guys, let's all calm down. Surely the people with the Jeeps are just kidding around about them being able to do anything well other than in a straight line until PHYSICS set in. I don't care if you have the torsion bar setup straight from Schumie's Ferrari, that thing's never going to turn in a decent twisty-track time.

I personally don't spend my time sticking feathers up a cat's a$$ and calling it an eagle.

wow. Now i understand where the notorious MB owners rep comes from. If you re-read what I said I clearly stated that no way in hell could I keep up with him. I know he was just seeing what this jeep in his rear view mirror could do. I had about 2k worth of suspension mods and could change lanes extremely easily at 100+ mph. Not something 99% of suv's can do. Get off your high horse I have never even stated any negative remark on mb's or made any comment on how i could track just as easily as he could.
