1. Obtain lighter fluid and match.
2. Find a safe area for the burnout.
3. Douse lighter fluid onto desired tires to be burned.
4. Light the tires.
5. Grab a beer, sit back and enjoy the burnout.

make sure you are upwind, esp off, xmsn in sport. re-aim the drivers side mirror down where you can see the tire. hard compound tires like the f1's its gonna take a bit to get them heated up enough to start smoking. and a little bit more gas if you have 275's on.
brake gas then release just a bit of brake pressure. keep the speed down to a walking pace by feathering the brake and steady gas.

This has been asked before, it has to be someone just pissing around.
If the question is serious the answer should be; if you have to ask this question then you should not even be driving, anything.
Honestly, you belong on a bicycle.

I have really never understood the appeal of a burnout, much less so a burnout in any mercedes.

S550 forum or not, I tend to think burnouts are the most insanely idiotic things one can do to a vehicle. Almost any car can do it, you are wasting good tires/rear pads, you add stress to the engine and driveline, and aside from some foul smelling smoke and some noise, there is literally no benefit whatsoever (aside from heating up slicks at the track).

Not everyone has the same sterile view on the MB brand that you do which is fine because we all own and drive the cars for different reasons. While I have the utmost respect for the technical commentary you often provide and share your opinion regarding reckless driving on the street; I have know idea why you come in to the C63 forum and attempt to preach to the lost souls. ![crazy](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/crazy.gif)
