Anyone has hankook ventus v12 evo k110 on his/her C63 or with experienced with that tires?

I have them on my C55. amazing tires. it's one of the top tires out there.
for 235/40/18 and 275/35/18, Canada Dealers are selling Can $220 and $270 plus tax in Canda compare to the The Tire Rack in US is a big differnet in price eventhough ater the exchange rate

I think it's worth it. if you compare it to same class tires, this thing is pretty decently priced.

Car and Driver did a tire test and it came in 2nd behind Dunlop Direzza. Just got a set myself. Only have a couple of days on them. Not enough to give you good feedback. Tracking them this Friday. Will know more then. Price is great.

...not trying to be a smart a ***,but when say "tracking",do you mean drag strip or one with turns?...I'd be curious to know how they work on a race track(the latter)... I'm thinking about picking up a set myself...

I've had K110s' on for about 4000 miles on my SRT6. 255/35/19 rears.
They are fantastic tires in dry weather and really good tires in wet weather. Took them to the track about a day after I bought them, so I think they needed to be broken in more...Haven't gone back to the track with them since.
Overall, great bang for your buck tires. Great tire.

I had them on my E46 M3 rears when the pilot sports went. No compromise for a much better price imo.

The V12 EVO was one of best tires nominated among many European tire tests (especially the P-ZERO TM, CSC3), but on-top of the V12 EVO was the Hankook S1 EVO which outstands the V12 EVO.

Just have the Hankook on, look o.k., but now the front look taller than the back, I have 245/40/18 front and 265/35/18 at rear, the clearance at the back look like 275 will be o.k. too, let you guys later how they perform. By the way anyone have 245/40/18 at the front, come out with the same thing I have (the height)?

hankook are pretty good tires for the price... in addition, they have high reviews...so if u need to change them frequently then i say its a good buy.. just my option.. .or u can try falken 452 tires... just my 2 cents guyz..
have those tires for three days, so far so good, the wider rear track does improve the the tire sprint from start and more stable in the corner, since they are new, I will let them run in a bit before pushing them. For the price less than half of the Pirelli, it is real worth to try especially purchase in State.

Michelin ps2 are still the best but the hankook evo's offer near the performance of the ps2's but half the price. So in terms of bang for your buck the evo's is still a better buy.

Just got back from two day track event on the Hankooks. Here is my take.
On the street: Quiet, comfortable, good in the wet and good grip. Great tire for the price for the street.
Track: Not going to do that again. Spent 2 days fighting car. Very soft side wall. At 42 PSI, I had scrub marks down to almost 1/2 inch of wheel rim. Unstable, slippery, unpredictable, and hard to power down. Lost 2 seconds on most of my runs versus Direzzas. Chunks, and I mean chunks, missing front from left tire. Not a tire for at the limit driving on track. Taking turn 8 at Beaver Run, fast turn at 110+ mph, I needed to pull my you know whats back out every time. Always wondering if they would hold. Kept telling myself, dont look at guard rail, don't look at guard rail. You go where you look. Lots of screeching and I was constantly adjusting steering and throttle. Lots of work to be fast. After every session they had to pry my fingers off the steering wheel. Looks impressive coming out of turn 10 and 11 sideways, but not the fastest route. The Dunlops motivate you to push harder. The Hankooks make you think about body shops.
Not slamming tires as you get what you pay for. Great tire for the price for the street. But, for a 3900 lbs car with 500+ hp on a track, not a good idea. They may work well with lighter car. But, I doubt it. The sidewalls are just too soft. After two days, and 8 heat cycles, I decided not to take my last 2 runs. They just got worse. Drove 300+ miles back home with steering kicking and car pulling hard to the left. Going back to Dunlops. As an FYI, I have 8 track sessions under my belt this summer. All were on the original P Zeros or Dunlops.

Z99,nice write up on Hankooks.I really appreciate it.I do plan on tracking my ///M a few times a year,so maybe these aren't the tires for me either.I guess tires isn't the place to try to save a buck.Looks like it's back to the PS2's or maybe the Dunlops.My M3 is around 400+ pounds lighter then your 63,but even so a soft sidewall would scare the crap out of me on a track(heck even spirited street driving).Thanks for the first hand infofmation.
