I remember hearing about that. I'd love for it to work but I'm a bit skeptical.

My friend who has a GTR, said the GTR has this paint and someone posted on here claiming we have it on our car. That was the first time I heard it and I was a bit skeptical. Didn't hurt to ask.

I DON'T COME HERE ANYMORE
OT to the OP-
do you agree with the (bogus) call on the fight Saturday?

What is the claim of self repairing? Heat it up and it drools into th scratch?
I thought thats why most builders went to 2 stage paint-color-and clear (with a bit of color mixed in)....

I thought it was total bull****, I was rooting for Machida all the way, but Shogun got the best of him. Oh well, the rematch should be a lot more interesting. Looked like the Shogun of Pride is back!

The Nanosex indeed does seem to be a part of a performance package. M-B is never one to give off too much as Standard equipment.

.... One thing that should come with many of their models though, are CONDOMS or birth-control, to prevent reproduction.
Funny how the M3 used to be the be-all pu$$y magnet, but now the girls have all upgraded. My girl won't even get into a 3-series.

In a sense they've upgraded, but at the same time they love the SLK. I think that's the best bang for the buck as far as p**** magnets go.

Neither the GTR nor the C63 have self-healing paint.

The C63 does have scratch resistant nano paint as mentioned earlier in this thread.

Hah, you've spoiled her.

But yeah, I dunno, maybe it's just me but unless one is a car enthusiast who can appreciate different cars for what they are, "status" or normalcy aside, entry level Luxury-Brand models (C, 3, etc.) are always gonna be viewed as that by the vast majority, and especially by one who would spread 'em for a guy simply because he's driving a nice car.

I dunno about you but I think Nano-Paint is BULL-SHAT! Yeah, a shiny M-B does gleam more than most all brands out there, which shows it is a quality paint, but as far as being scratch or "dull" resistant, that's complete crap. My paint is definitely more delicate to scratches than I'd like it to be. As well, I've seen plenty of dulled new-ish Benzes.

Ya marketing.... You gota take it with a grain of salt. The nano paint isnt BS, its just not what you think it is. It is a better paint and less likely to damage in certain contions. But this talk of it wont scratch.... well it wont scratch as easy but it will scratch if you put a key on it. I would rather have this nano paint than not.

Sex repairing paint? Yes, it does. I shined up the R500 which my wife usually drives and she was so appreciative, she...oh let me stop right there!
