This has been the best power increase for the money. My C63 AMG flat out flies. Order the Evosport ECU upgrade with the Euro upper air boxes and replace the stock air filter with aftermarkets from Evosport and anyone can install this stuff. The cost is only $2300 plus shipping and the gains are 70+++ HP. After my testing, it appears that the ECU upgrade works best if you can give the car a little more air that's why I suggest you do this combo.
