The difference is v3 has rebound and damping adjustments. V2 only has damping adjustments.

would you know if by changing to this coilovers, will the car loses some of its functions such as esp or any electronic controls?

was checking with my workshop and they warn me about it.

By installing coilovers on the C63. You won't loose any functions on the ESP (ESP is for traction) and Electronic controls. I have friend with kw v3 on his c63 and has no issues at all.

does RHD cars have any issues with these coilovers which are meant for your left hand cars in the states?

i know certain suspensions do have an issue on this.
