Throttle lag, when WOT
Ok, so I have read many people complain about the lag when you floor the gas pedal. After I got my K1 tune, I still have that. Is it suppossed to go away after a tune, or is it always there?

No tune for me but my car is laggy as hell when I floor it. I thought there was a electronic device for sale on this forum that greatly aliviates the throtle response.
Honestly, I am dissapointed with the shifting times on the AMG. Lesser cars have faster shifting transmissions, jump into a VW GTI with DSG and you will know what I mean, get into a BMW with steptronic.

Reset Procedure
What has worked the best for us, with almost zero throttle lag, was installing the Evosport pulley. People **** and moan about the cost, however, sure makes our C63 lightning fast responsive to throttle input. With your tune, you will appreciate an increase in performance.

Yes, I do. It's pretty fun. I know it's just an overpriced, simple device that alters the electrical signal, but for what it does, it does it well. The car can still be driven mildly by lightly feathering the gas in Comfort Mode, yet if you put it in S-mode, it's a completely different beast--instant throttle response with just the slightest push of the pedal.

Some people may not like it because it's "too aggressive" for normal driving, but I've driven manual transmissions all my life and my right foot has been used to feathering the gas when needed and slamming it when necessary.

I used to have the same problem; Slam the gas peddle and nothing happens, or it takes a while for the car to realize that the peddle has actually been kicked down…
No problems now with the tune. In fact the instant I slightly push on the throttle in any mode S, M & C that car downshifts and it’s gone..
