Possible to implement LEDS into the top portion of the steering wheel to correspond with the Tachometer to act as shift lights?

many people asked about that!
if someone can help let us know how to get a signal from odometer display or anywhere with current gear, and M/S/C mode then we can make it withtout technical problem, next question is How many wheels we can sell? and How much can we ask for it?
