my rears are probably less than a finger tip away from rubbing on the insides. On the fender sides I can barely get my finger between the tire and the fender. It's hard to believe it doesn't rub had 3 people in the car over the weekend and still no issues.
I'd say you don't stand a chance putting a 295 on the back of this car.

There are several members running 275/30 19 and have the car lowered with no issues.
I am still going to attempt to put 295/30 18 The 19s are 1/2 inch larger in diameter that the 18s so I see no reason why they would not fit. I have not talked to anyone that has tried this set up yet.

^^ 295 with a drop & no rubbing? Really? I always thought the widest you can go with a drop is 285. My 275 barely clear the fenders with a mild drop.
jbro, if you don't drop the car, you should be ok with 295... but might required a fender roll or pull if drop.

I can guarantee that you are going to rub with that tire setup.
Lets see some pics of this setup on stock rims and fenders then I will believe it.

When I return (deployed)I am going to try this 295/30/18 on 18 x 10 wheels have not determined the offset yet but will work that out.
I do not understand how several members are saying that this set up will rub when there are several 275/30/19 (25.49 diameter) on cars already. the tire size on a 19 inch rim is 1/2 inch larger in diameter that the stock set up the 295/30 on 18 is the same(.06 smaller) as the stock set up. with the correct offset I do not know why they will not fit.
295 will not fit on the stock rim width they need a 10 inch rim.
255/35/18= 25.02
295/30/18= 24.96
275/30/19= 25.49

I think you're confusing/mistaking the overall diameter with the wideness of the tires/wheels set-up (??). 275/30/19 might be taller in diameter than 295/30/18, but they are more narrow (not as wide) as the 295/30/18... sorry if my explanation is not too clear.

I have 275/30/19 on 19x10 +53mm offset w/H&R drop... and no rubbing & trust me the rear is flush & very close to rubbing... thanks to our stiff suspension.

@Roswell and JeffDL How much room is between the wheel and everything on the inside of the wheel well? Are there suspension parts or something in the way not allowing for the 295 to fit under? I have no intention of dropping my car. You both are running the 275s on 19x10 so I know a 10 wheel will fit. Just need to see what is on the inside of the tire in the way if anything?

I'm no wheel expert, but for my set-up the tires are very close to the suspension. So in order to fit 295, my guess would be to go with a lower offset (less than 50mm)to avoid rubbing the inner part of the wheel wells/suspension.. But it might look goofy as the tires will stick out past the fenders.

I thought I would add a post to this thread with my latest wheel that I'm running. It is a Modulare B15 forged monoblock wheel in a tinted brushed finish. I'm running 19x8.5" front and 19x9.5" rear. (I ran a 10" rear before, but went with 9.5" this time becuase I can't run wider than a 275 rear without rubbing and felt that a 275 looked a bit stretched on the 10" wheel.) Hope you guys like the look.

Yes! Finally laid-down some hard cash for a deposit to order these wheels VR G12s forged in 19", here's a iphone pic of a 20" next to my car, looks awesome but offsets and rubber became a issue so I though it best to go down a safe route!
The color is formula silver same as the pic. Before anyone hates on Japanese rims, it a personal choice as I happen to love the look and function! Not many forged rims in 19" as light as these
