Guys,
Something to consider. If you don't use your headlight washers then I would order it without. If/when you sell your car you will probably want to put the stock bumper back on that will put everything back in place. I think it will look much cleaner without the headlight washer or side lights. Just a thought.

When you remove the stock bumper you will be removing the fog lamp assembly, side marker assembly, and the head light washer assembly. All unnecessary and less weight.

Cool, looks like we got 5 deposits! As far as the headlamp washers go, I'm pretty sure you have plenty of time to finalize any details with them. The first step is to get the prototype made.
Ken said he should be able to have some prototype pics within 2 weeks!
Regarding the LEDs, he said they will try working with the Slimline version first and see how those look, which is the $260 set. Unless anyone has a strong preference for the Audi S6 or E63 ones?
Also, he said they could also do those 2 carbon pieces at the bottom of the bumper on the lip as shown on the C63 DTM bumper. The SL63 DTM bumper does not have these fyi. I actually prefer them without, but you have the option to do with or without.
So that's all for now...looks like the prototype is in the works!

Just wanted to mention that Revozport said they can paint the bumpers, but again recommend against it for the reasons stated earlier. Also, for this first set of bumpers they said it could be a waste if they needed to send replacement bumpers because of fitment issues. But regardless, it's nice to know if there are any fitment issues Revozport will take care of them!

haha if the headlight washer assembly really comes out with the oem bumper and requires some sort of brackets PLUS holes on the new bumper I can do without those as well.. After all, we are looking to shave off as much weight as possible on the front.

Great job on getting this product developed.
Only donwside i can see is that the cost of getting it painted and installed won't be cheap, at least from my experience here in Aus.
And dont even get me started on the taxes, duties and customs clearance fees you will cop importing it here into Australia! Its just ridiculous

Just wanted to say I have a major update to post tonight along with some prototype PICS! I have to say it is looking AWESOME so far, and as far as the design goes, they've pretty much nailed it and met our requests. Anyway, a lot more to say later, and sorry to keep you waiting, but I couldn't wait to tell you the exciting news!

Ok guys, here are the prototype pictures Ken sent me. Basically, he tried to make an exact replica of the DTM Safety Car bumper, which I think looks 100% accurate so far! As you can see, the left and right intakes are not yet shaped/modified for the LEDs, which is the next step. Before he does this, he just wants to confirm which LEDs he wants us to use. He thinks the Slimline LEDs, as shown in some of the pictures, are going to work the best because of their thin size. But we may try to get an E63 LED just to test fit for comparison, if it doesn't take too long or prove too hard to get.
This bumper shows the headlight washers and parking sensors which again are optional.
Also, you can see a recessed area at the bottom of the bumper. This is for a carbon veneer similar to the DTM bumper. He said he can leave it recessed or fill it in and have it flat. I have to confirm if this is an option for each bumper, or if he needs us to decide on which one for the final production bumpers.
What do you guys think? And Avengerboater's opinion doesn't count

very very nice - but please go the extra mile to accommodate the S6 LEDs - IMHO the slimlines look cheap
the s6 LEDs are the first picture and the slimlines are the second

Not sure if I should be taking credit, but on Ken's behalf, thanks!
The first picture is the S6 LEDs you mean, right? But do you think the "cheapness" of the slimline LEDs has a lot to do with the install. Seeing as these bumpers will be built around the LED, should make it look OEM? Or do you simply think the led lights from the slimline are too small?
Either way, I do like the S6 LEDs, every time I see them on the road they really stand out. I will ask if he thinks the S6 LEDs could fit without too much trouble. The only problem I can think of is they might be too long, and the intake holes might have to be enlarged too much.
