Saw this solution in the W204 forum.....
Might look good if the plastic trim around the LED was carbon fiber....or the mesh grill material
Might be easier for all solution as you don't have to worry about mounting brackets...you could either have the grills or the LED insert
just throwin it out there

I know...I know...I've said it before, but it will be real soon! I havn't had a whole lot of contact with Revozport in the past week or two mainly because they are busy finishing up the final mould, but I'm expecting them to start popping out finished bumpers in the next week or so. I know a couple people have a deadline they are trying to make so I really hope they can accomodate them.
And as I mentioned to a few people through emails/PMs, I will be sure to announce when Revozport is ready to take our final payments. As of right now, they don't want to until they are sure the bumpers come out of the mould just right. I promise to keep you guys updated as soon as I hear something worthwhile posting

Hey Super,
I haven''t decided on a shop yet, but I was checking out the NW section on the Bimmer forums, and it seems like several of those guys recommended a place in Bellevue called 360 Autobody, I think that's the name. There's also Queen City in Redmond, but I think they are a bit pricey. I'll probably check out that 360 place when the time comes.

You could try Aldercrest Auto Rebuild. They did the work after I got rear ended..turned out nice. Don't know what they would charge though. They do all the work for Lynnwood MB I think.

I just received some great news I know a lot of people have been waiting for! I was sent pictures of the first production bumper that will be test fitted very soon. I'm told it was supposed to happen today but they ran out of time...but next week they will have pictures of the bumper installed.
Meanwhile, here are some unpainted pictures of the production bumper in grey primer. Also note the grilles are unpainted as well. I know one member requested black powdercoat on the grilles or he wanted them raw so he could have them powdercoated himself. But Ken said he would try and get them powdercoated instead of painted anyhow.
I also wanted to mention, as I have been PM'd over the past couple weeks by a couple members, Revozport will still offer these bumpers at the discounted price for the next 5 orders as they originally hoped to get 10 orders filled for this first batch.
@ Even Money - Thanks for the recommendation. I will check them out as well. Definitely a lot of choices around the area.
On to the pics:

C63 AMG Arctic w/ Stage 1 Tune, DoubleXX pipe, MCD-631X coming soon
That looks pretty good, I'm just not diggin the mesh grill in there, it looks cheap..I wish it had the OEM style C63 grill mesh. Also would be cool if the LED's can be put in there (single straight strip) my 0.2cents worth..

Great job guys...really, really good looking and definitely not over the top. I agree with Brian though - I've never seen an aftermarket mesh-style grill that I've liked. This DTM bumper really has me thinking though...again, congrats on getting it gone!

You know you want one ![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)
The first batch they are offering them at $799 + shipping. They will sell another 5 at that price...then it goes to a little over $1000.
Unfortunately we decided to put that on hold for now. It would have taken another revision of the bumper, and I think everyone was anxious to see a finished product with or without LEDs. Revozport is still aware there are quite a few interested in the LEDs so they may still try to do something, but as of right now not yet. But now that the fogs are elminated and there are decent size openings, someone creative enough could probably retrofit a pair of LEDs on his own or with a shops help if he/she didn't want to wait. Food for thought![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I originally wanted the OEM style plastic grilles as well, as I didn't want anything that screams cheap aftermarket on my car, or look like chicken wire. I think these aluminum mesh grills will look 10x better though once they are painted, and I like the overall pattern and hole size. What convinced me that the metal mesh grills are ok for this car is after looking at a lot of photos of other cars, there are quite a few that use similar style grilles. And the actual Safety Car bumpers use the metal mesh grill, and if I'm not mistaken the Black Series cars as well. I guess knowing this put my mind at ease ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
For example, the GT3/RS has something similar:

Yep! The grills are included. They will not come installed though so you can paint the bumper without worrying about overspray and such.
