2009 Stock C63 Dyno Charts
Here are 2 of 3 passes today...this is my baseline before my Kleemann K1 upgrade next week.
Runs 1 and 2 were in 4th gear (2nd run was only about 2 mins after run 1, so I think the lower numbers are a result of heat).
Run 3 was in 5th gear after about 25 mins...I was surprised how strong it was--I'll get the graph posted tomorrow, but the HP was the same as pull 1 and the torque was actually 372lb/ft...Machine showed rev limiter kicking in at 155mph, but the tech said the speedo showed 200--interesting.
Anyway, I did an 18% drivetrain loss on the first run, and it came out to exactly 451hp...not shabby, considering it was 85F in there (it's hard to get much cooler in Hawaii). Hoping to pull about 415-420hp next weekend.

So F'ing FedEx screwed up my Priority Overnight shipment to Kleemann (which by the way, from Hawaii is 2 days anyway, but now it will be at least 3 days)...."oh, sir, we're so sorry, it was mis-sorted to Memphis...". Like every other damn package shipped through FedEx.
Anyway, now I have to wait yet another day and hope that Cory gets it tomorrow and can flash it back, otherwise, I won't get the ECU back until Sat (or Mon, since Sat delivery in Hawaii is hit or miss). What a goat-rope!

That's kind of what I thought too...the 2nd run was a little low, but the tech was so pumped about the first run, that he literally waited about 1.5 minutes to go again...after that, I told him to wait 20 mins...he agreed.

Got my K1 results today, and they were consistent with others.
Bottom Line Numbers:
4th Gear: 370whp to 411whp
5th Gear: 369whp to 418whp
With CF: STD smooting: 4, it came back a 41whp gain and 4 ft/lb torque gain in 4th gear. In 5th gear, the gain from the last 5th gear run was 49whp (it helps to not bump into the governer at 155mph any more, as it glided to 175mph this time).
The 4th gear dyno compares Pre and Post K1 numbers.

The 5th gear dyno chart compares my post K1 5th gear run with my post K1 4th gear run of just about 10 minutes before...really surprised to have 8whp and 13ft-lbs torque more with 5th gear...not consistent with what I've seen.

Overall, pretty pleased...would love to have seen some slightly better torque numbers, but WHP was as advertised...between 40-50 at the wheels.
I'll post all charts as soon as I get them.
I'm also posting equal 50-85mph runs before and after the tune (same stretch of road, same countdown, gear, etc...)...when dissecting the video, the K1 run is about .20 seconds quicker than the stock run...it is really hard to tell in video, but feels much stronger now.

Need a K500 badge now for the back of the car .
