11s won't fit in the back without modifying the bodywork. 10" rims with 285 will just barely fit, but WILL rub if your car is lowered. I went widebody with mine and am happily running 315/25-19s on 11" wide rears.
HRE is out of DyMag hoops (DyMag = in bankruptcy ) so the lightest wheel you can get from them is one of the Comp series. Several members on the forum (including myself) have them and love them.
Smilies make me feel funny inside.

+1 for the HRE Comp Series.
10’s will be a far better bet than 11's if you are not into heavy body mods.
I don’t know about 19x10 but my 20x10's scrubbed even with the stock suspension. I needed to have the guards (fenders) pumped. Tyre choice will be important and the beauty of HRE is that they have supplied a lot of C63 and can give you good advice about what will suit your needs.

I'm running
245/35/19 @ 9
275/30/19 @ 10.5
Pirelli P Zero on Renntech wheels
No rubbing (There was a little noise when switched from 285 (old set) to 275, but I guess it was because the rears were new)
