Looks. CLK63. Not a big fan of the front fender flares, they are a bit exaggerated for my taste but the car looks nice.
I ran next to a CLK63 from 60-120ish. The CLK didn't pull on me at all to my surprise.
Also there is the used factor with warranty issues and how the person drove the car. Chances are he beat the **** out of it.

Form follows function when it comes to the front fender flares.......it allows you to put on 9.5" with 275's in the front for better handling in the corners. If you care only for straight line speed, the wide body creates more drag and will be slower. At the end it's all a matter of preference
